Ernie and his wife Debbie, a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, founded Little Land to meet the developmental needs of families and children around the world. Little Land offers programs including developmental play, pediatric therapy, and a variety of early education programs for children ages 0 to 8 years.

James has over twenty-five years experience and a history of success with franchise companies, working domestically and internationally including such iconic & new/emerging brands as: 1-800 Flowers, Red Mango, Dunkin Brands, Baskin-Robbins, Neighborly (formerly The Dwyer Group), Pie Five Pizza and Pro-Cuts, Yogurtland & Bottle @ Bottega. Over his career, James has successfully awarded thousands of new franchise locations throughout the United States and worked with new and existing franchise groups in several other countries. James has earned a reputation among franchisors for implementing strategic programs that yield validated results.
James’ passion lies in working with franchisors who are ready to grow their brands to the next level – in the right way with a clearly define process and plan. He has a validated reputation of building a franchise development department from the ground up in all phases.
