Mark Mackenzie is the current CEO of Jaymak. He was the founder of the Jaymak business when it commenced operations in Sydney, Australia in 1998. He developed and revolutionized the way in which refrigerated food and beverage cleaning systems are implemented and professionally conducted in Australia. In 2006, he successfully wrote SOPs and training programs for the company to reach ISO9001 and ISO22000 certification. In 2011, Jaymak successfully won the Food Safety Management System Business Excellence Award and in 2020 Jaymak was the finalist in the Australian Small Business Champions Award and Best Small Business in the last Decade. The Jaymak business conducts food safety management programs, infection control and other specialised cleaning programs throughout Australia and New Zealand with Master Franchise licences currently available in other countries and regions.

Mark has worked in the UK logistics sector within the Pall-Ex organisation for over 10 years. Initially Mark was in control of the UK business’s commercial activity and has had varying roles within the organisation. As the Managing Director of the International Business Units, he now has all of the Pall-Ex group’ international activity within his remit. This includes existing licensee relationships, new licensee development and the management of shareholding licensees within Benelux, Ireland, Czechia & Poland. Mark is responsible for all external activity for the international development including relationship management with associates, lawyers, franchise groups and marketeers.
Mark & his team manage the complete cycle of finding potential new partners across the globe to the start-up of the network in any given territory. The Pall-Ex model operates in 13 countries with 7 master licensees. Under his remit also falls the UK export and import activity including challenging post-brexit customs activity.
