Dani led the marketing and branding teams of a global franchisor and later on became a franchisee herself, before founding her award-winning franchise marketing agency. Gaining invaluable experience and extensive knowledge of franchise marketing, both client and agency-side, Dani has worked with franchises from the UK, USA, Australia, Europe and South America, some of which have a presence in more than 2,600 locations worldwide.

Dani is a published author, in May 2022 she published her book on franchise marketing called Franchise Fame: An insider’s marketing guide to incremental growth and soaring success for franchisors. As a key person of influence in the sector, Dani has been featured in multiple media outlets and is often invited to talk about franchising and franchise marketing at conferences, events and podcasts.

With over 15 years of teaching experience behind her and after 10 years as a professional dancer, Claire created Tappy Toes, baby and toddler dance classes. The classes became so popular the decision was made to franchise the classes so that even more children could enjoy them!

Tappy Toes can now be found in over 80 locations UK wide, with over 30 franchises. Classes are also found in many nurseries and school settings.

Tappy Toes has won multiple awards in franchising, including Best Franchisor 2023, Marketing Excellence 2021 and 2022, Best Adaptation to Change 2021 and 2023, Best Franchisee 2023 with the virtual franchise awards and Best Franchise 2021 in the Work Buzz Best Franchise Awards.
